Shipping and Receiving RuleMap™: U.S. mistakenly ships nuclear missile parts to Taiwan 2008

In 2006, the US accidentally shipped nuclear missile parts instead radio batteries to Taiwan. This was reported in 2008 by US Air Force Secretary Michael Wynne. The RuleMap below shows general shipping and receiving rules, and some examples of suggested shipping rules for nuclear parts. These rules are made up, and based on published news reports of this incident.

This RuleMap™ was demonstrated at October Rules Fest 2008 in Dallas, TX.
